Please be assured that this clinic is taking proactive measures to ensure our patient’s protection is always maintained during this pandemic.
We request that any person who is unwell, or who has been in contact with a person suspected of having COVID 19 does not come to the surgery. Please phone Abbie if you are uncertain about whether this applies to you.
COVID 19 is the disease caused by a newly mutated virus called SARS Cov2. It is a very infectious virus which is spread by droplets from an infected person. Strict measures which ensure none of the virus’s come into contact with our mouth, nose, or eyes will prevent us from catching the virus. Because the virus is thought to be able to survive on surfaces for up to 4 days, it takes a great deal of care to avoid catching the virus.
This clinic is taking measures to ensure every precaution is taken to keep our patients safe.
